What stood out to us from the 'get-go' was the transparency and genuine friendliness of the Renaissance team. There was nothing hidden from us, nothing slipped in, everything was clear as crystal. Everyone, from management, front office and to sales manager extraordinaire John Stilling, right through to the 'tradies', was helpful and very engaging.
In all honesty neither of us can think of one negative experience throughout the entire building process. We can't recall anything going wrong, if there were minor issues they must have been dealt with without fuss, otherwise we'd remember and we simply can't think of anything adverse at all.
We live in a beautifully constructed home that all of us, including our four sons, just adore. We couldn't be happier. In the beginning we were almost too afraid to do anything lest we spoil the masterpiece. Now it's very much our home and we love it.
As I only work a few minutes from home, I would often pop onto the site (not really supposed to I know) but what really impressed me was the enthusiastic attitude or the 'tradies' and their respect for Renaissance. Some of them had been working with Renaissance for over ten years and couldn't speak highly enough of the company. From speaking to acquaintances and friends we understand it's quite rare to have a completely smooth journey from beginning to end when building a new home. If we were to build another home tomorrow we'd only make one phone call - to Renaissance Homes.

I am writing this letter to commend your team's professional and personal service I experienced while building my third home with Renaissance. As usual Mr John Stilling was witty, sharp and very methodological and punctual.
Once the building was in process Mr Tim Sciberras regularly updated me by phone, emails and letters on progress of the construction work. Tim always made sure that any additions I had asked for were promptly taken care of... insisted that I inspect the final work before handover...Tim was methodical. I have no hesitation in recommending Renaissance to my family and friends to build their homes.

When I was planning to build my first home, I have to say I was a little apprehensive when choosing a builder, as it was a big investment.
I am now building my 11th home with Renaissance, so I guess you could say without a doubt I chose the right builder from the beginning.
I have no need to ever look for another builder because I couldn't wish for a better team than Renaissance. Every single person I've dealt with over the years has given me first class service. If there has ever been an issue, even the tiniest hiccup, it was fixed immediately without question. The Renaissance culture of service and quality makes the process enjoyable.
The quality of the house is what is most important at the end of the day, and every single home I have built with Renaissance has been of the highest quality.
You don't go back to the same builder 11 times unless they're the best, and as far as I am concerned, Renaissance Homes and Gardens are the best value for money and quality anywhere.
